Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how the Looker Studio Connector for Jira ("the App") collects, uses, and protects your data when installed on your Atlassian Jira Cloud instance.
What Data We Access
The App accesses the following data from your Jira Cloud instance:
- Issue data: issue key, summary, description, status, priority, type, labels, components, fix versions, story points, time estimates, time logged, dates (created, updated, resolved), resolution, sprint name, epic, and parent issue
- People data: display name, account ID, and avatar URL of assignees, reporters, and creators
- Sprint data: sprint name, state, start/end/complete dates, goal, and associated issues
- Board data: board name and ID
- Project data: project key and name
How We Use Your Data
The App uses your data exclusively to:
- Export Jira data to Google Looker Studio for reporting and dashboards
- Cache data temporarily to improve loading performance in Looker Studio
We do not:
- Sell your data to third parties
- Use your data for advertising
- Share your data with anyone outside your organization
- Use your data for any purpose other than the functionality described above
